Trouble in Tokyo - and San Diego!
Two exciting TEEN TITANS news items came from a recent chat-style interview with WARNER BROS. at TVshowsonDVD.com. First off, Warner announced that the original animated feature TEEN TITANS: TROUBLE IN TOKYO will premiere next month at Comic Con!
<WARNER> We're having the world premiere of the new TEEN TITANS Original Animated Movie TEEN TITANS: TROUBLE IN TOKYO at Comic Con next month. It will be on Sat. night 7/22 at 7pm.
Another user asked about the possiblity of eventual TEEN TITANS full-season DVDs being presented in their original widescreen format:
<WARNER> Teen Titans and The Batman - we are considering widescreen on both as well as evaluating a Freakazoid release. As mentioned earlier we are reviewing a Mask of the Phantasm Special Edition. Thanks for your support!
So a possible widescreen release for TEEN TITANS may be in the future! Keep showing your support for the show, Titans fans!

I guess I never noticed - were the episodes that are on the season 1 dvd originally shown in widescreen format on cartoon network? or were only the episodes after season 1 made in widescreen?
