The flying girl with the staff is Traci 13, formerly Girl 13. She is Blue Beetle's girlfriend and Doctor 13's daughter. The one in the gold armor is the Shining Knight; she first appeared in Morrison's Seven Soldiers. The boy and the cat are Klarion and Teekl, respectivly; the current version also first appeared in Morrison's Seven Soldiers. And I believe the redhead with the freckles is Blue Beetle's friend Brenda.

As for Robin's future with the Teen Titans. Tim's leaving Teen Titans because of the "Battle for the Cowl" storyline. The same storyline also triggered the cancelation of Robin, Nightwing, and Birds of Prey.

P.S. And before anyone starts saying "Tim's going to become Nightwing" The new Nightwing is a mysterious teenage boy from Kandor who possess Tactile Telekinesis and won't shut up about it. He also looks an aweful lot like the last guy who didn't shut up about his Tactile Telekinesis.

Umm... Anonymous, just because there is a Nightwing in Superman, doesn't mean that Tim won't be the new Nightwing in Batman. The identity of Nightwing was originally from Krypton, which Dick Grayson then used for his identity on earth.

When we say that Tim will be the new Nightwing, we mean, Tim will take up the costume that Dick Grayson wore. No one ever said he was the Kryptonian Nightwing that is flying around metropolis.

THEY TOOK THE RAY OFF THE COVER!

This cover is blue, the early solicit cover was greener and had the Ray where Bombshell was (and bombshell was more to the left). I hope he's still in there, because I was really excited to see him back at with the gang since Young Justice...
