Winick Officially Off TITANS
Titanstower.com fan Paul reports from Florida's MegaCon:
"Hey I just wanted to pass on this info since most newsites are only reporting on WonderCon. Saturday at MegaCon during the DC Univers panel I asked if Winnick would still be the writer of Titans post Deathtrap. Dan Didio said no he wouldn't and a new writer would be named soon. I don't know why the DC Nation panel at MegaCon was reported on but no one has covered the DC Universe one. Just wanted to let you know so you could pass along the good news."
Titans fans have been speculating this for months. For whatever reasons, the TITANS launch has been horrible. Let's hope DC lines up someone suitable to replace Winick!

I didn't hate the Titans relaunch as much as some people did, and I thought it has had some good moment, but this is still a good move in the long run as the series is not clicking. I certainly hope someone good takes over. Tomasi would be absolutely great IMO, but I think that's nothing more than a pipe dream at this point.
