About Me

Bill Walko remembers when his dad used to bring home comic books with the Sunday paper. His brother grabbed the Marvels, his sister chose the Archies and he claimed anything with the DC bullet. And a mild obsession was born. In his secret identity, Bill earns his keep as an artist, writer and graphic designer. By night, he maintains the exhaustive Titans-related site, titanstower.com, and dabbles in his own creative endeavors.

I'm going to be optimistic and go with "thrilled" on this one. Conner's being phased out of Adventure. He needs a book. Teen Titans doesn't have the audience it once did. The book needs him. This pretty much had to happen, and with Bruce Wayne's return already being mentioned for a mini next year, maybe Tim will eventually be back, as well.
So, yay.

Annoyed.
I don't like how they handled Superboy in the Titans. Whiny McEmoBoy that's always bemoaning over the dumb stuff.
I'm sorry, but I don't think Superboy belongs in the Titans.

Didn't we know this was going to happen already? Anyway, I can't be excited until I know the Titans are actually in a good writer's hands.

Eh... I'm a fan of Static and Superboy, but this ish's a trainwereck. Superboy along with Static need to get the freak out there and I hope that they don't ruin Holocaust.

Meh. I just dropped TT and maybe if reviews pick up after Conner's back for a few months I'll re-add to my pull list, but I'm sick of sinking money into a book I don't care about anymore.
I hope they don't screw it up and it does start to improve in quality, but things keep getting jacked around editorially. I heard first-hand from DC editorial awhile back that Bart was supposed to be back as of #75 and that didn't happen. I'm still not convinced there's any editorial vision for this book.

I'm going with excited. It's GREAT to see Superboy back. Though it's pretty stupid to think Holocaust would pose any sort of threat to him.

This could be cool. Assuming One of them doesn't get arm ripped off.Or brutally maimed. Or killed off. We all saw Superboy coming back to titans eventually since he was a well liked character, but we all seen what happens to well liked characters, and since Connor had his turn Static is probably on the chopping block.

I want to say that I'm hopeful for this story, but I'm honestly expecting this to suck. Superboy has been a fantastic character in ADVENTURE COMICS. He's been smartly written and has been shown to be the ONLY well-adjusted and happy character of the fourth generation heroes (i.e. characters like Tim, Bart, Cassie, etc...). When he joins this team, he's going to become angry and bitter and angsty.
